Join Bre on a transformational journey in a Yin Yoga Training to understand a mindful & informed Yin Yoga practice for all bodies. Walk away from this weekend understanding how, when, and why Yin Yoga is impactful for recovery, chronic pain, injury prevention/recovery, mobility, and supporting mental/emotional wellbeing.
This 20-hour Yin Yoga training is a space to hone your voice, understand sequencing for fascial release, and embody benefits from stillness. Learning about fascia, traditional chinese medicine, meridians, and pain/injury prevention will add a depth to your 'why' in teaching or practicing.
This training includes lecture, reading, physical practice, group work, visuals/diagrams. Suggested reading/videos will be offered and online pre-work before the weekend starts requested. Expect to experience confidence in your teaching of this practice as well as clarifying speaking authentically and intentionally. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion from this training.
