Join Bre on your transformational journey to a deeper understanding of yourself and Yin yoga while gathering tools to instruct a mindful, informed, and supportive Yin Yoga practice for all bodies. Yin is an often misunderstood, overlooked, and underutilized practice. It is widely accessible while being immensely impactful for recovery, chronic pain, reducing inflammation/scar tissue, increasing range of motion, and supporting mental/emotional wellbeing.
This training is beyond teaching an alternate lineage or posture and instead is an embodiment of a mindfulness practice through experience, knowledge, voice, intention, and co-regulation of nervous systems.
