90-min Full Body Relief Yin Yoga Workshop

All too often we find ourselves in nagging tension in areas of the body that take a little more than a 1 or 2 pose stretch yet we don't have the time to unwind the web of fascial tension. This 90-min practice will work from bottom to top of your joint and connective tissue for a full-body unwind for total relief and restoration of body, mind, and nervous system. This elongated practice allows longer holds for longer lasting relief from stress & tension while getting to the root cause of discomfort in our bodies. You will walk away clear in mind and body with tools & understanding of stress's impact on your body.
