Empower to Fly Vinyasa 3

Feeling frustrated with wanting to explore arm balances in practice? Craving a challenge but don't know where to go? Don't hear or understand the breakdowns in your daily practice? This is a practice to learn the body mechanics of building strength & body awareness to feel the courage to fly, float, and work at your edge in the Vinyasa practice. We will approach proper muscle engagement, weight distribution, and alignment to feel where the balance begins from so you can use these tools in your daily practice or even attempt poses that aren't sequenced regularly. Spaces for questions and understanding provided. Expect 75mins of practice. All abilities welcome to explore in this judgement free discovery space.
