Oh so often I cue an arm balance and feel the room freeze, scoff, or avoid something they are completely capable at practicing towards.

Here is an opportunity to feel in your body the mechanics of building strength & body awareness to gain courage to fly, float, and work at your edge in the Vinyasa practice. We will learn proper muscle engagement, weight distribution, and joint alignment to feel where most arm balances/inversions begin from so you can have this know-how in your daily practice to strengthen your arm balancing safely.
