Cacao, Yin and Sound Healing are three practices that transport me to a whole new state of mind. Together we will sip cacao to experience the benefits of bliss from the theobromine, release fascia for a full body release in an elongated Yin practice, and surrender deeper to sound healing for a nervous system reset.
